Russia to send another humanitarian convoy to Donbas

Russian Minister for Emergencies Vladimir Puchkov said that a 12th humanitarian convoy will be sent to Donetsk and Luhansk after the settling of all formalities with Ukrainian authorities. The convoy will deliver food, medicines and materials for social and energy facilities, Interfax reports.
