Chechen holidays celebrated without incidents

Chechen Interior Minister Ruslan Alkhanov has thanked police officers for their vigilance and efforts to prevent disorders during celebrations of New Year holidays. The minister expressed his gratitude at a meeting with police authorities in Grozny.
