Armenian prosecutor general demands Russia hand over Permyakov's case

Armenian Prosecutor General Gevork Kostanyan plans to file a request to his Russian counterpart Yury Chaika to send him the case of Russian soldier Valery Permyakov, the suspected murderer of 6 people in Gyumri, Interfax reports.
