Violence erupts around Russian Consulate General in Gyumri

Mass protests have erupted all over Armenia over the murder of a family of six in Gyumri by Russian soldier Valery Permyakov. A large crowd gathered at the regional prosecutor's office in Shirak. The most grave situation is around the Russian Consulate General in Gyumri, where activists and police officers started fights. The police are guarding the Consulate General, protesters are throwing stones, smoke and light grenades are exploding in the area, TASS reports.
