Russian vice prime minister sees little risks in reduction of oil extraction

Russian Vice Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich said today that there were no big risks in reduction of oil extraction at a price of $50-60 per barrel. Small fluctuations were possible, added the official, TASS reports.
