Russia limits access to some foreigners

The Russian government has prohibited some foreigners and stateless people from entering the country. Those in the aforementioned categories will be informed about the restrictions within three days after a decision on the prohibition of their access is made, RIA Novosti reports.

Federal executives may change their decisions in certain circumstances.
