Azerbaijan commemorates victims of "Black January" with minute of silence

On the day of national mourning today on January 20th, movement of traffic and pedestrians stopped for a minute to honor the victims of the "Black January" tragedy. 

A minute of silence was followed by horns of ships in the Bay of Baku, metro cars and railway trains, Trend reports.
