Leonid Grigoriev: “In 2015 oil prices will stay low”

The Chief Advisor to the Head of the Analytical Center of the Government of the Russian Federation, Leonid Grigoriev, speaks about the main tendencies in the oil sphere. According to the expert, all exporting countries have experienced great losses. Moreover, Leonid Grigoriev thinks that Russia should be ready for oil prices to stay low in 2015.
