Tatyana Maleva: “There will be more poor people”

The director of the Institute for Social Analysis and Forecasting at Russian Presidential Academy of National Economics and Public Administration, Tatiana Maleva, presents a report on the consequences of low oil prices and sanctions for the social sphere. According to the expert, in a few years more than 20% of the population could find themselves below the poverty line.
