The Turkish Prime Minister, who took over the presidency of the G20 this year, Ahmet Davutoglu, described the organization as one of the most effective mechanisms for cooperation established by the international community over the past 25 years.

"The turmoil in various regions of the world is reflected in every state. None of them is isolated from this influence. And now we need a new world order. For the past 25 years the G20 platform has become one of the most successful mechanisms for cooperation in terms of efficiency and commitment. And it is not only a crisis mechanism, but also a very effective platform for consultation and policy," TASS quoted him.
