Zarif expresses hope for further cooperation with Saudi Arabia

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has expressed hope for successful development of cooperation with Saudi Arabia: “'Iran and Saudi Arabia have no problem in their bilateral relations. On regional issues, it is necessary to reach a common solution to help the region. The Islamic Republic of Iran is ready in this regard. We hope to create stability and security in the region without any foreign interference and with the cooperation of regional countries,” IRNA quotes Zarif.  The FM emphasized that regional issues have to be resolved, so Iran is ready to resolve these questions together with Saudi Arabia.

Mohammad Javad Zarif visited Riyadh earlier this week in connection with King Abdullah’s death.
