Leo Kuznetsov: “Revival of industry in the Caucasus is a priority”

Leo Kuznetsov, the Minister for North Caucasus Affairs, told Vestnik Kavkaza about the role of the NCFD in the economic development of the state. The official thinks that the first task is activating and encouraging the development of key industries.
