PACE monitoring mission to visit Crimea

A PACE monitoring mission will visit Crimea to study the humanitarian situation and protection of human rights, said Stefan Schennah, the head of a subdivision. The topic of the mission’s budget will be raised on Thursday, RIA Novosti reports.
