Germany will demand additional anti-Russian sanctions if separatists in Ukraine start offensive

German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said at the EU Foreign Affairs Council that more serious measures should be taken if separatists start an offensive. He added that the position of the Greek government was not making debates any easier, TASS reports.
