SCO presents rules of information security to UN

The document is focused on prevention of conflicts in the information space, exploitation of information and communication technologies against peace and security, interference in national affairs of other states and undermining of their political, economic and social stability, TASS reports.The document states that the rights a man has in offline space should be protected online, use of some data should follow limitations set in article 19 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.
