Council of European Union extends sanctions against Russian individuals

 

Sanctions against Russian individuals expiring in March have been extended. EU chief diplomats asked for proposals on expansion of the blacklist of individuals responsible for escalation of the conflict in Ukraine, according to EU Chief Diplomat Federica Mogherini, TASS reports.In her words, the position of Greece is unconstructive in the context of the diplomatic talks on the sanctions.
