Russia demands Kiev stop fighting separatists

The Russian Foreign Ministry has urged Kiev to stop fighting the separatists, reminding about the civilian casualties at the Culture House and on public transport in Donetsk. The ministry emphasized that all differences should be settled via negotiations, TASS reports.
