CSTO to stay neutral in Nagorno-Karabakh conflict

CSTO Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha said today that the organization could not react to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict with military actions because that would violate the principle of peaceful means of settling disputes, ANS reports.
