Situation worsens in eastern Ukraine, says OSCE
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaIn recent days the situation has deteriorated in eastern Ukraine. This was stated by the OSCE Chairman, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic. He urged the parties of the conflict to cease hostilities, and return to implementing the conditions of the Minsk Agreement.
A statement that Dacic made over the past 24 hours says the situation in the east of Ukraine "has deteriorated dramatically, exerting effects on the civilian population."
"I send my deepest condolences and sympathy to the families who lost their loved ones, and those who have been wounded. I call for an immediate cessation of hostilities and the full execution of the Minsk Protocol, dated September 5, 2014 and the memorandum of September 19, 2014," RIA Novosti quotes the words of Dacic.
