Belarus bars 1000 vehicles travelling to Russia with sanctioned products
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaSince the introduction of the Russian ban on imports of food products from the US, EU, Canada, Australia and Norway, Belarusian customs have not allowed onto the territory of the Russian Federation about one thousand trucks with sanctioned goods, the head of the organization fighting contraband and administrative customs offenses of the State Customs Committee of Belarus, Pavel Lobach, said today."About 1000 vehicles with goods were returned due to the so-called sanctions list," Lobachyov commented on the situation at a press conference in Minsk.He also stressed that the customs service of Belarus is following Russia's request for increased control of goods which are subject to imposed restrictions.
