Russia more optimistic about gas prices

The Russian Ministry for Energy has corrected its predictions for gas extraction from a fall of 2.1% to a rise of 4.3% to 668 billion cubic meters, compared with the volume in 2014. Gas companies extracted 640.3 billion cubic meters in 2014, TASS reports.

The ministry expects extraction of 523.5 million tons of oil.
