U.S. to spend some $9 billion to fight ISIS and Syrian president

 

U.S. President Barack Obama’s administration plans to spend about $5.3 billion in 2016 to fight ISIS and support the Iraqi army. About $3.5 billion more will be spent on support of Syrian opposition.The U.S. will spend a total of $58 billion on operations abroad.
