In the first quarter of this year, about 22 billion rubles of the budget will be allocated to implementation of the Russian government's anti-crisis plan.

This number is a compromise between the Ministries of Finance and Economic Development, two officials of the financial and economic bloc said. In particular, representatives of the Ministry of Finance found it necessary to use only the current budget fund. The Ministry of Economic Development has proposed 100 billion rubles. The final agreement includes 22 billion, the newspaper "Vedomosti" writes.

These funds will be used to work with the real sector, according to sources. 10 billion rubles will go to the Ministry of Agriculture. The domestic automobile industry will receive 5 billion, which will be used to extend the recycling program. Such an amount will be spent on subsidizing interest payments on loans, which are supported through the working capital of enterprises. The regions will receive 1 billion for vehicles powered by natural gas. The remaining 1 billion will go to Roseximbank.

In addition, the anti-crisis reserve can also be used to support mortgages, the chairman of the Duma committee on housing policy Galina Khovanskaya said.
