Jewish educational children's center opens in Azerbaijan.

An educational center for Jewish children, “Chabad-Or-Avner ", for 450
pupils in the Khtati district of Baku on the Caspian Sea coast has
been opened today in the presence of Ilham Aliyev, the president of
Azerbaijan, Trend reports. A center for Jewish history and culture and
a library operate as part of the Center. All the necessary conditions
were created for the center to function as an educational and cultural
institution.
