Iran approves cooperation agreement on border area with Azerbaijan.

The Foreign Ministry of Iran has approved a cooperation agreement with
Azerbaijan on the border area, Trend reports, referring to the Iranian
news agency MEHR. On Monday the Cabinet of Ministers of Iran, under
the leadership of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, approved a
cooperation agreement with Azerbaijan on ensuring the security of the
Iranian-Azerbaijani border. At the meeting it was also decided to hold
a conference of the Permanent Committee on Technical, Trade and
Economic Cooperation with Islamic countries, as well as to open the
Iranian Embassy in Mozambique.
