Turkey opens new checkpoint on border with Iran

Turkey will open a new checkpoint on the border with Iran.

This will be the third checkpoint on the Turkish-Iranian border.

Turkey will build a 75 kilometer highway on Iranian territory after the checkpoint is opened.

The new highway construction costs 300 million Turkish liras, Trend reports.
