SOCAR to increase gasoline and jet fuel exports.

In September 2010, the Office of the Marketing and Economic Operations
(MEOD) of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) exported 21,986
tons of gasoline. 134,268 tons of diesel and 9,024 tons of aviation
fuel were sent abroad at the same time, Azerbaijani news portal
1news.az reports, referring to SOCAR information.

Altogether 134,303 tons of gasoline, 1,227,848 tons of diesel fuel,
89,351 tons of jet fuel and 764 tons of fuel oil were sold abroad
during the nine months. In September, the cost of 1 ton of gasoline on
the world market was $ 697.69, of jet fuel - $ 694.92, of diesel fuel
- $ 662.47, and 1 ton of 1% sulphur fuel oil - $ 449.32.
