Ukrainian PM calls “Kiev” format the best settlement format

Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk has called the “Kiev” format, as opposed to the Geneva and the Normandy formats, the best way to settle the conflict in Donbas. The format includes the U.S., Germany, France, EU and Ukraine, RIA Novosti reports.
