Patrick Hickey: I am confident of the success of the first European Games in Baku

The European Olympic Committees (EOC) is happy with all the facilities in Baku, which will host competitions as part of the First European Games, the EOC President Patrick Hickey said at a press conference held in Baku.

“We are very happy with all the facilities that we have seen, and I know it well, because I have been here regularly,” Hickey said. “But for my colleagues who have not been here for two-three months - they were quite astounded.”
