New U.S. National Security Strategy names main enemies: Russia, ISIS, Ebola

The new U.S. National Security Strategy published on Friday has named Russia, ISIS and the Ebola virus the main enemies of the country. The document also stipulates reduction of global carbon dioxide emissions and prevention of nuclear proliferation, RIA Novosti reports.U.S. President Barack Obama compared Russia with ISIS terrorists and Ebola for the first time in his speech at the UN General Assembly in September 2014. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov responded that such evaluations were beyond “good and evil.”
