Hollande: if there is no agreement on Ukraine, the next step will be war

French President François Hollande has issued a warning that, unless a durable agreement on Ukraine is reached, events will develop into a war scenario. 

According to him, the Franco-German efforts to regulate the conflict in Ukraine are "one of the last chances" for achieving peace, TASS reports.
