The EU has lost 21 billion euros as a result of anti-Russian sanctions

The European Union has lost 21 billion euros as a result of anti-Russian sanctions, said Spanish Foreign Minister José García-Margallo y Marfil.

"The sanctions have cost us dearly, the entire EU so far has lost 21 billion euros. We have suffered in Spain as regards agriculture and tourism," RIA Novosti cited the head of the Spanish foreign ministry.
