Azerbaijan publishes document on Nagorno-Karabakh conflict in Council of Europe

The Azerbaijani representative at the Parliamentary Assembly of the
Council of Europe (PACE) has prepared a document on the
Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, published in English and French, Trend
reports.

According to the PACE charter, the document will be signed after a
plenary session.

At the G8 meetings in Italy in 2009 and Canada in 2010 the presidents
of the USA, France and Russia talked about the new peace agreement.
Armenia failed to give an answer to the new Madrid principles and
started violating the cease-fire agreement, the document says.
