Police surround militants in Makhachkala

A counter-terrorist operation has begun in Gogol Street in the
Dagestani capital of Makhachkala. Police have surrounded a group of
militants in a private house, RIA Novosti reports, citing the
press-service of Federal Security Service department in Dagestan.
