New head of Turkey’s Constitutional Court elected

Zuhtu Arslan, who headed the Police Academy of Turkey in 2009-2012, has been elected the new head of Turkey’s Constitutional Court. 

He replaced Hasim Kilic who has headed the Constitutional Court since October 22, 2007, Trend reports.
