Russian budget expenses need to be cut by 600 billion rubles, says minister

Russian Minister for Finances Anton Siluanov said in the preamble to the action plan of the government that budget expenses need a 5% cut (600 billion rubles), RIA Novosti reports.

Budget income will make a dramatic drop due to lower profits from sale of resources in February, mainly oil.
