Vladimir Putin takes part in Minsk talks on Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin will take part in the talks on the Ukrainian conflict in the 'Normandy format', the Kremlin press service reported. 

"Russian President Vladimir Putin will head today to the Minsk meeting for talks in the 'Normandy format'," RIA Novosti cited the message.
