Russian lawmaker accuses U.S. of cowboy primitivism

Alexey Pushkov, the head of the Russian State Duma committee for international relations, has called the U.S. strive to solve international problems with weapons “cowboy primitivism” in the light of ongoing Washington talks on shipments of lethal weapons to Kiev, RIA Novosti reports.
