Anti-Russian sanctions will depend on outcomes of Minsk talks

Russian Permanent Representative to the EU Vladimir Chizhov said that the fate of anti-Russian sanctions will depend on progress achieved at the Normandy-format talks in Minsk. In his words, the EU may correct active sanctions passed by chief diplomats, who postponed the latest decision on Monday, or impose new sanctions in Brussels next morning, RIA Novosti reports.
