Alexei Pushkov: "We see different accents in positions of the US and the EU on Ukraine"

The head of the State Duma Committee for International Affairs, Alexei Pushkov, comments on the current situation in the southeast of Ukraine. Talks between leaders of Germany, Russia, France and Ukraine on a settlement of the situation in Donbas took place in Minsk. They lasted for 16 hours and ended with a declaration that fire in the east of Ukraine would be ceased on February 15th.
