Kiev to regain control over Russian-Ukrainian border

Kiev will gain control over the Russian-Ukrainian border by the end of 2015, after realization of Minsk agreements reached on February 12, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin said today, Interfax reports.
