As of 8.18pm, the dollar lost 1.89 rubles and was worth 63.38 rubles, the euro lost 2.06 rubles and was worth 72.4 rubles at the Moscow Exchange. The rise of oil prices and progress in Ukraine had a positive effect on the ruble.
