Russia will send another humanitarian convoy to Donbass in 10 days
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaRussia’s emergencies ministry will send another humanitarian convoy to Donbass in ten days, Russian Emergencies Minister Vladimir Puchkov said in Geneva on Monday.
"Now we have begun to form another, 15th, humanitarian convoy. The humanitarian aid will include foodstuffs and medicines. Apart from that, we plan to supply equipment for the power generating sector, water supplies systems and building materials," Tass cited him.
The Russian minister noted that the 14th Russian humanitarian convoy had returned from Donbass on February 15. "The task was accomplished. We have delivered foodstuffs, medical equipment and medicines. We have also delivered technical equipment to restore the system of energy supplies and vital social facilities," he said.
"The humanitarian aid also included textbooks and study aids from Moscow State University for students and the faculty of Donetsk University," Puchkov clarified.
