Armenia denies negotiating with Turkey

At the moment there are no negotiations or contacts with Turkey, the foreign minister of Armenia Edvard Nalbandyan told parliament, the TV channel ANS reports.
According to him, Yerevan can re-establish contacts with Turkey without preconditions only if Ankara takes the same position.
