Militants will not kill military surrounded in Debaltsevo

Eduard Basurin, deputy commander of the corps of the Donetsk Defense Ministry, said today that the military surrounded in Debaltsevo will be left alive. The last time Ukrainian soldiers managed to make it out of the city was on February 9, according to Basurin, RIA Novosti reports.
