Ugulava stays under arrest

The Tbilisi City Court has rejected the bail of 20,000 lari offered by lawyers of Gigi Ugulava, an ex-mayor of Tbilisi. Prosecutors are certain that Ugulava may leave the country if freed, affect witnesses or commit new crimes, Trend reports.
