District head in Dagestan is suspected of improper use of land on Caspian shore

Several officials are being charged with violation of the land law in Dagestan, Yuga.ru reports, citing the Russian Prosecutor-General's Office.
The case of N. Abdurazakov, a head of a the Kayakentsky district, is being investigated now.
