According to a confidential IAEA report, Iran has stopped testing IR-5 centrifuges for uranium enrichment. The step instils confidence in the Group of Six in Iran’s readiness to comply with the joint action plan, Interfax reports.

The intermediate agreement between Iran and the Group of Six (the 5 permanent members of the UNSC and Germany) lets Iran continue enriching uranium without increasing the output of enrichment systems.

The sides will have a new round of talks on February 22, hopefully progressing towards signing a final agreement. The talks have a deadline of June 30, 2015.
