Syria is displeased by the evacuation of the tomb of Suleiman Shah

The special operation by the Turkish Armed Forces to evacuate the tomb of Suleiman Shah from Syrian territory was described today by the official Syrian media as "an act of blatant aggression."

The Syrian Foreign Minister laid on Turkey "full responsibility for the consequences of the aggressive action and breach of the 1921 agreement (on the status of the tomb of Suleiman Shah)," calling the special operation "an undisguised military invasion of Syrian territory," reports TASS.
