Putin: Ukrainian situation will improve if Minsk agreements are followed

The Ukrainian conflict can be resolved with the help of the Minsk Agreement, Russian President Vladimir Putin said. 

"If the Minsk Agreement is executed, I am sure that the situation will gradually get back to normal," RIA Novosti cited his interview to VGTRK. 

The President stressed that Europe doesn't want such developments, any more than Russia. "No one needs a conflict, moreover an armed one, on the periphery of Europe," Vladimir Putin said.
